• .01What is included in the price?
  • The price includes the conditions stated in the tariff line. Just click on the price, to see the price per day and conditions. Within this section, you will be able to check whether breakfast or other services (such as taxes) are included or not.
• .02 Is it possible to verify only the structures that have availability?
  • Yes, it is. During the search, you have to click �Show available only.
• .03 How can I check the hotel's cancelation policy, before booking it?
  • Just click on the CLX P section and here you will be able to read and learn how to cancel the selected hotel for the requested dates.
• .04 Can you check hotels on the map and their Points of Interest (POIs)?
  • Just click on the Map View section and here you will see the hotels on the map. You can calculate the distance by foot or by car from the point of interest. To do this calculation, you will need to click on the POI and then after selecting the walking or driving option; the system will show the path calculated using Google V3.
• .05 How can I find a confirmed booking?
  • Booking can be found in the Find Reservations section by filtering all bookings made. Search can be filtered for Agency, Service, Country, City, Hotel, Leader. It is possible to filter bookings also for reservation status, for paid status but also for check-in and checkout dates, Cxl and booking dates.
• .06 How can I manage my mark-ups?
  • It is possible to enter two types of commission, a commission for all bookings made directly by the agencies (within the Control Panel - Commissions) and different commissions for the sub agents (in this case the agency from your Control Panel enters in yours sub agents and adds the hotel committee.
